Associate of Debt Advisory

Responsibilities

We are now looking to further expand the business by appointing an Associate of Debt Advisory to join our living sector division in the UK.

Key requirements

Specialisation is mainly brokerage with some investment advisory and real estate services.

• Show a deliverable track record in real estate lending.
• Know the main real estate lenders in the UK market.
• be able to work out of the Norwich office.
• Background in the living sectors preferred
• be able to generate and execute business as well as work alongside a small, dynamic team of likeminded professionals.

The candidate will be given access to a ready-made client base as well as be given the support to quickly build up their own book of clients.

This is a really good opportunity and one that will give the successful candidate a chance to become one of the major players in the debt advisory field.
